Applications: Diethylene glycol is used as humactant and plasticizer in the preparation of adhesive, casein, cork and tobacco; as solvent for printing ink, nitrocallulose and many dye and oils;dehydrotion of natural gas.
Packing, Storage and Handling: Packed in 230kg plastic drums, 18.4MTS into one 20’FCL. Or in Flexitanks, 20MTs per tank.Diethylene glycol is practically not inflammable. In its handling and storange and there is no danger as to explosion,polymerization,fire or other industrial risks. There should be taken protections against contaminations and impurity, such as iron, oxigen and water.
